Elouan, the result of California winemakers venturing up to Oregon, one of the world’s renowned grape growing regions. The goal: to produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with depth of flavor, vibrancy and suppleness. For this wine we brought together fruit from three distinct terrains along Oregon’s premiere Western vineyards which harmonize beautifully when blended as one. The diversity of these districts along with a lengthy growing season create wines with intense structure, while maintaining a vibrant acidity that sets them apart from other wines.

Harmonious and elegant on the palate with flavors, of rich red plum, bright cherry, subtle earthiness and a hint of sweet tobacco, creating complex layers with soft, refined tannins.

Bright acidity enlivens the palate and flavors segue to notes of berries, tart stone fruits and concentrated minerality. On the mid-palate, the wine is rich and expansive with fresh acidity that carries flavors of freeze-dried berries and clementine rind through the long-lasting finish.

Chardonnay
Lively aromatics and generous fruit define this Chardonnay. Full bodied and supremely balanced, with vibrant acidity in perfect harmony with rich, round fruit. Opulent mouthfeel with a clean finish.
We have managed to achieve ripe fruit characteristics, while retaining the quintessential Oregon Pinot Noir subtleties and nuances of bright acidity and a rich earthiness to the wine.
